As a Door to Door Sales Specialist with SquadPro Roofing, your role is crucial, as you’ll be directly interacting with prospective customers, showcasing our outstanding roofing services. Your proficiency in communication and unwavering commitment to outstanding customer service will be vital in enlarging our client network and fostering the growth of our company within the roofing industry.

Primary Duties:

  • Uphold ethical and professional standards in sales by maintaining transparency, honesty, and integrity during all interactions with customers.
  • Engage with potential clients through door-to-door canvassing, introducing them to our roofing services, with an emphasis on financing solutions or assistance with insurance claims.
  • Understand customer needs, providing tailored information on how our financing with 0% APR options can facilitate their roofing projects.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that effectively showcase the benefits of our roofing solutions, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism.
  • Tailor your sales approach to align with each customer’s unique needs and preferences, underscoring the benefits of our roofing services.
  • Develop and deliver customized roofing proposals that clearly detail the benefits, meticulously tailored to meet the unique needs of every customer.
  • Work closely with the sales team, exchanging ideas and feedback to collectively enhance and refine our door-to-door sales approaches.
  • Keep daily precise documentation of customer interactions, sales advancements, and client feedback within the company’s CRM platform.
  •  Optimize your time management, strategically plan your routes, and prioritize your door-to-door sales efforts to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Cultivate a spirit of teamwork by engaging in team meetings, offering valuable insights, and contributing positively to a nurturing team environment.
  • Capable of safely setting up a ladder on one story walkable 8/12 pitch or bellow roofs and conducting thorough roof inspections on both residential and commercial roofs.
